Youth Enhancement and Training Initiative (YETI) is a not-for-profit organization which has built an orphanage in Nepal, in collaboration with RCDP-Nepal, as one of its first projects. Each year, YETI raises the necessary funds to house and care for the children living in the orphanage. The project site is large enough to provide area for the children to have a playground, outdoor area and areas to learn to care for livestock. They will also be able to help raise plants at an adjacent anti-erosion project which provides seedlings for free distribution to combat erosion on the hillsides. The Nepali government, assisted by our partners, has constructed a new school on our property - providing a built-in school for the orphans and surrounding villagers. RCDP-Nepal has been working with this non profit organization for the betterment of underprivileged and destitute children in Nepal.
