April 09:
Yoga in the morning, Village tour during the day and Teaching English and other subjects to the children in the evening
April 10:
Yoga in the morning- visit botanical garden in the afternoon; in the evening educational and spiritual talk by Dr. CM Yogi
April 11:
Yoga in the morning- Zoo visit – Teaching English and entertainment to children
April 12:
Yoga in the morning – Spend time with the kids - Educational and spiritual talk by Dr. CM Yogi
April 13:
Yoga in the morning – a small hill hiking- Playing with the kids

April 16:
Bus ride to Pokhara for the start of Poon Hill Trek. You will take a bus after breakfast. Our Trekking guide will pick you up at 6:30 AM. Our bus leaves at 7 AM for Pokhara.You’ll leave on a tourist bus and enjoy sightseeing on the way to Pokhara. From Kathmandu to Pokhara, it is about 206 km and takes around 5 to 6 hours. Over night stay at Kiwi Guest House in Pokhara.
April 17:
Drive to Naya Pul (New bridge), and trek to Tikhe Dhunga (1495m/4905ft) Breakfast will be served in the morning. After that, you’ll drive to Naya Pul. You’ll then commence your trek to Birethanti, a large and prosperous town beside the Modi River. You’ll head up the main trail to Sudami where you’ll gradually climb up the side of the valley, reaching Hile (1495m) before pushing on to Tirkhe Dhunga. From here the trail crosses a stream and then ascends a steep stone staircase to the large Magar village at Ulleri (2070m).
April 18:
Trek to Ghorepani (2850m/9350ft). After getting up early, you’ll trek through rhododendron and oak forests and across streams before taking a short final climb to Nangethanti. From Nangethanti, you’ll head up to Ghorepani (2850m). Overnight stay at Sunny lodge or Poon Hill Guest House.
April 19:
Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2520m/8268ft). Start early and hike for an hour to Poon Hill (3195m). From Poon Hill, you’ll see unobstructed view of sunrise over the high Himalayas. After spending about 40 minutes on the hillside, we come back to Ghorepani and have hot breakfast. After that, we’ll start walking to Tadapani. From Ghorepani, the trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2960m). We descend to reach Banthanti, before winding our way to Tadapani (2540m). Over night stay at Hotel Panorama or Hotel Grand view.
April 20:
Tadapani to Ghaundrung (1950m/6398ft)
You’ll descent brings us to the village of Ghaundrung in around noon. You’ll stay overnight here so you’ll have the afternoon to visit the Annapurna Conservation office and its museum. As well as take time to explore the village.
April 21:
Ghaundrung to Pokhara via Pothana(1910m/6266ft) and Phedi (910m/2986ft) Your last two days of trekking take us through the village of Pothana (2110m). On arrival in Phedi (950), mid morning, your bus will meet you before driving to Pokhara where your trekking program ends.
April 22:
Pokhara to Kathmandu. Breakfast will be served in the morning after that you’ll be driven to the airport. The plane takes 25 minutes to get you to Kathmandu. The tour will end on arrival in Kathmandu.

Details of Morning Yoga Session
Yoga is an exercise that is now universally popular for increasing mental as well as physical health. The ideal time to do yoga is in the morning. In the summer camp, our yoga practice will be organized from 7 to 9am. The exercise will contain light exercise, including stretching, and some breathing and concentration exercise. The session will be led by Dr. CM Yogi.
