Refund Policy for $95 pre-application fee

  • 100% refund if you cancel with in 2 days

  • 75% refund if you cancel with in 7 days

  • 50% refund if you cancel with in 10 days

  • No refund if you cancel after 10 days

  • $169 (or second installment) is not refundable

  • Volunteers will pay weekly fee directly to project or host families or coordinators. And we ca not control these projects or host families or coordinators so please discuss the refund policy with them before paying the weekly fee

*once we receive application we will immediately forward it to country coordinator . He/she immediately start finding projects and arranging host families for you so we are sorry that our refundable policy is not much flexible
