We just took part in the first week of the program. We learnt a great deal in the lessons with Renu. We're glad we did it.
Separately, we stayed at Alka Lodge Resort and enjoyed our time there. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Our one reservation was that the bathrooms were too dirty. We loved Krishna, Ram and Rajendra.
Our host family were absolutely lovely. We were well fed and were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed our interaction with them very much.
Our time in the orphanage was rewarding, though initially quite difficult. Things which would have eased this are: providing a structure of activities for the first three days; giving a days notice for changes in schedule; providing a map of the local area. Overall we enjoyed it immensely and are extremely grateful.
Absolutely we recommend RCDP for others. We were well catered for everywhere, got great value for money. We would be very happy to talk to others who may be interested to let them know what an immensely worthwhile and eye-opening experience this has been.
