RCDP would like to thank you for choosing us for your volunteer abroad program. As a recognized leader in the field of volunteering, we are committed to offering you excellent volunteer abroad experience. Nearly 4000 volunteers have enjoyed our programs in the last 10 years and gained life changing experience. We will strive to ensure that your program is as meaningful and as enjoyable as what our previous volunteers have found.
You can apply following the simple 3 steps process
Step One: Select the country and the program you wish to volunteer. Fill out our online application form and submit it with a refundable application fee of $95. This application fee is part of total registration fee of $259. We need the application fee to make sure that application is genuine. Your application fee is refundable (please read - Refund Policy).
Step Two: Once we received an application fee of $95, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours (2 working days). Based on your application, our country coordinator may ask you for addition information or start organizing your project, room, food and other logistics. The placement can take between 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the season, project and location.
Step Three: After your placement sheet is finalized, we will send you the details together with the invoice for the remaining amount for your application and program fee. You can now start preparing for the trip by applying for your visa, booking your flights and getting the required vaccinations. After your flight details have been confirmed, please forward us the details. Based on your flight details, we will organize your airport pickup when you land in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Our Final Promise
You will settle your invoice after you arrive in Nepal. If you can please, bring cash with you to pay the invoice. The ATM machines in Nepal are not reliable. While volunteering, you will receive full support from RCDP team. Our central and field office will stay be in touch with you regularly. Our staffs are available 24/7 for your support and in case if you need them for advice or emergency. We want you to volunteer without any worries and completely immersion in the experience.
